We highly recommend the following in you diet.

Protein – Hair’s Building Block

  • Eggs – rich in biotin and protein.

  • Lean meats (chicken, turkey, beef) – provide essential amino acids.

  • Fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines) – packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

  • Legumes (beans, lentils, chickpeas) – plant-based protein and iron,​

 

Healthy Fats – For Scalp & Shine

  • Avocados – vitamin E and healthy fats.

  • Nuts & seeds (almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds) – omega-3s and zinc.

  • Olive oil & coconut oil – support scalp health when included in diet.​​

 

Vitamins & Minerals – For Strong Hair

  • Spinach, kale, broccoli – iron, vitamin C, and folate for circulation and growth.

  • Bell peppers & citrus fruits – vitamin C for collagen production and iron absorption.

  • Sweet potatoes & carrots – beta-carotene (vitamin A) for scalp moisture.

  • Whole grains – zinc, biotin, and B vitamins.​
